Laughing down the offer of a Turner Prize entrance for conceptual art, Doctor Preecha, the world's greatest sexual reassignment surgeon, said he was no magician. "You just need your hand's, that's all you need." Almost loosing his job from Thailand's surgery board he continued his vision to help realize the dreams of many 'women'.

The patient in the film already had sexual reassignment surgery but was dissatisfied by the depth after a previously botched job.
